Hot Box® Firestarter is a patented natural firelighter designed to simplify the way fires are started. Its pre-arranged cube brings combustible material, ignition and airflow together within one compact structure, removing the need to build a separate bed of loose kindling.
Position the Firestarter inside a suitable appliance, prepare the designated openings, ignite the internal lighting element and allow the flame to establish before adding dry logs, charcoal, briquettes or another suitable fuel.
Hot Box® Firestarter can be used with wood-burning stoves, log burners, open fires, BBQs, pizza ovens, fire pits and chimineas, subject to the appliance manufacturer’s instructions.

How to Use Hot Box® Firestarter

Open the designated chimney and lower lighting aperture, then place the Firestarter securely inside the appliance with room for air to circulate.
Light the Firestarter
Ignite the internal element through the lower aperture using a suitable match or lighter and allow the flame to develop.
Add Suitable Fuel
Add dry logs, charcoal, briquettes or another suitable fuel without smothering the established flame.
